Phillip was a true professional. I struck up a conversation with him in October when I was walking to my vehicle after work and he was setting up for a showing right by where I was parked. My wife and I weren’t seriously looking for a house yet, but we were starting to get restless in our rental. I told him straight away that we weren’t interested in a stepping stone house and we were looking for the one we could grow old in, even if that took a year or more to find. If we found a property he hadn’t recommended us there was never an issue wanting to view it, and he was always honest with us. This was my wife’s first house purchase and he made sure that all of her concerns and questions were heard and answered. He was always friendly, professional, and when we did find our forever home in March he was the guy we wanted in our corner. He made sure the big things from our inspection were taken care of and the closing process couldn’t have been easier.
